Delivery & Returns

Shipping

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48hr Delivery or FREE 2nd class delivery with all our potion kits - please refer to the individual product listings for details.

Our accessories & add ons are posted 2nd class and have a flat fee of £1.99 per order regardless of how many are added.

We aim to dispatch our standard Potion Kits within 2 days of receiving the order and our Potion Party Packs and Party Bags within 4 days.

If you require your order earlier, we can usually do this. Please contact beth@youthandwild.co.uk before placing your order and we'll let you know if it is possible.

 

Returns

We hope that you are over the moon with your Youth & Wild purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your products please do not hesitate to contact me at beth@youthandwild.co.uk.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and advise when the refund is initiated. We would aim to do this as quickly as possible. If the goods are inspected and cannot be sold to another customer we would not refund the full amount. This will be discussed with you before any decisions are made.

 

Damages

If an item is damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace the product. We would ask for photo evidence of the issue and we will ensure that you receive replacements as soon as possible.  Please e-mail beth@youthandwild.co.uk and explain the issue. Please include your order reference in all correspondence.  We will respond ASAP and advise how we can help you.

If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
