Our Story

Hi! I’m Beth. I’m the founder of Youth & Wild and a mum. I live in Lancashire with my husband and two wild boys. 

After working in marketing all of my career, I set up Youth & Wild after creating play ideas for the boys during the first Covid Lockdown in 2020.

They absolutely loved making potions in their mud kitchen with anything I could find in the cupboards (herbs, spices, bath salts, etc) and that gave me the idea to create fizzy potion kits with themed ingredients. 

It was a completely original idea and I couldn’t believe no one else was doing it (You will see plenty of copy-cats on the market now – but we are the original and the best!).

I’m at my happiest thinking up ideas for new kits and watching my boys test them! Seeing the photos and incredible reviews we receive makes all the hard work worthwhile.

Minimising the impact that our business has on the planet is incredibly important to us. Our kits use biodegradable potion bags, we don’t use any single use plastics and we also plant a tree for every kit sold. Our fizzing kits are also UKCA (CE) tested.
